Mission

To provide agency leadership in promotion of sound cost estimating practices and techniques, and to leverage individual cost engineering tools and development efforts.

Objectives

  • Provide cooperative leadership to promote advanced cost estimating and cost data collection tools, lessons learned, and information exchange.

  • Disseminate cost engineering information pertaining to environmental projects.

  • Provide training for environmental project/program managers in application of cost estimating and cost collection tools.
